Campaigns: Liberty City 7

On June 22nd, 2006, 7 young African men (known as the Liberty City 7) were arrested by U.S. federal agents after a sweep made in a warehouse in Liberty City, FL. that was suspected to be a training ground for a “terrorist group”. The state claims the arrests were a result of a months long undercover operation facilitated by an undercover agent posing as an “Al Qaeda operative”.
